All prescription weight loss medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber following an appropriate clinical assessment. Our prescribers review your submitted medical questionnaire and, where necessary, may request additional information or decline to prescribe.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribers. A completed consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies unless required by law.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history that may affect the suitability of your treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for a prescription that is declined by our prescribing team. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded promptly. We do not store full card details on our systems; payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
Orders that have been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has been handed to our courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signature-required items. Failed deliveries may incur redelivery charges.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been prepared for dispatch, we are unable to cancel or refund your order under the Medicines (Advertising) Regulations, as prescription medicines are exempt from the standard right to cancel under UK consumer law.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
